NCsoft has recently unveiled the Pre-Purchase system for Guild Wars 2 in addition to incentives. It is one of the most awaited MMORPG planned for launch in 2012. Starting in April 10th, those user who ordered the Guild Wars 2 Collector’s Edition, Standard or Digital Deluxe Editions will get assured access directly into all weekend beta activities along with a three-day entry just before the launching of game. This will provide them the opportunity to be the first users to guarantee their in-game character as well as the name of their guilds. As an additional benefit, gamers who pre-purchase any version will also obtain a unique Hero’s Band, that will give their characters with a variety of stat improvements when they go into an adventure to the world of Tyria.
The Guild Wars 2 Collector’s Edition is priced at $149.99 which contains an in depth and very detailed 25 centimetre statue of the Rytlock Brimstone, a bestial warrior wielding his trademark sword that is also hand-painted. Together with the Rytlock figurine, those people who have purchased any of the edition will receive a customized frame with 5 pieces of Guild Wars 2 art prints that contains 112 pages of the Making of Guild Wars 2 hardback book. They will also get a soundtrack CD by Jeremy Soule that is compiled as Best of Guild Wars 2.
Additionally contained in the Collector’s Edition will be five in-game items together with a Mistfire Wolf that will battle along with players plus a miniature Rytlock who will go along with them on their journeys throughout the world of Tyria. Aside to this, Golem Banker is also added, a Tomb of Influence and a Chalice of Glory. The complete Collector’s Edition bundle appear in an amazing collectible metal box engraved with a map of Tyria.
Guild Wars 2 is scheduled to release on the PC sometime within 2012.
